Drywall Repair — $200 – $500 Patch, reinforce, sand, and prep for paint

Leaky Faucet Repair — $100 – $300 Minor repairs, seals, or part replacement

Light Fixture Replacement — $100 – $300 Basic fixture swap using existing wiring

Ceiling Fan Installation — $150 – $400 Mounting and standard electrical connection

TV Mounting / Shelves / Artwork — $100 – $400 Depends on wall type, weight, and layout

Door Adjustment or Minor Repair — $75 – $250 Fix sticking doors, hinges, or alignment

Furniture Assembly — $75 – $200 Flat-rate based on size and complexity

Cabinet Repair or Adjustment — $120 – $400 Hinges, slides, and alignment fixes

Fence Repair — $150 – $450 Wood fence board or small section repair

Prices shown are estimates for common repairs. Labor and basic materials are included unless noted. Some jobs require a service minimum or on-site assessment. Exact quotes are provided after job details are reviewed.

We offer free over-the-phone quotes to help you get a quick idea of cost and scope before committing to anything. Just give us a call and walk us through the project—photos help too. For straightforward jobs, we can usually provide a solid estimate right away.

For more complex or larger projects, we may recommend an on-site visit to ensure accuracy and avoid surprises. Either way, we keep the process simple, transparent, and hassle-free. All appointments are subject to a non-refundable $80 trip charge, which covers travel, time, and on-site evaluation. This charge shall be applied toward the total cost of services rendered and will be incorporated into any written or verbal estimate provided on site.

In the event that the customer declines the proposed estimate or elects not to proceed with services, the $80 trip charge shall remain due and payable as compensation for time, labor, and professional assessment already performed.
