We begin most projects with a general assessment. This flat fee includes diagnosis, review of needed materials, and clear pricing for recommended work.
This approach allows us to accurately identify issues, plan repairs efficiently, and minimize overall costs by avoiding return visits or unnecessary work. Assessment cost will be apart of overall estimate once calculated.
